In February 2026, Royal County Down sold its 2027 allocation in about 7 hours.
Our customers are designing their trips and booking their spots on our Priority List for 2028 now.
We will approach the links for our customers in the order in which we receive their bookings. Northern Ireland works on first come, first served.

How 2028 Bookings Work
1. Complete the enquiry form below. Tell us about your requirements and give us a broad travel window that works with your group.
2. We tailor an itinerary to your specific requirements and price it.
3. Once you are happy with the design, a 10% deposit secures your place on our Priority List for 2028. A further 25% of your trip price is due by 31 December 2026. This brings your deposit to 35%. The deposit enables us to secure your trips when the tee sheets open, subject to availability.
4. We are on the phone with Royal County Down and Royal Portrush in February-March when each of them opens their tee sheets to secure your slots. We keep you informed of the progress at each step.
5. We refund your deposit if your must-have courses are not available within your travel window.
6. The balance payment is due 4 months before you travel.
Why do I need to plan 2028 now?
Irish links have limited capacity and are in very high demand. They work first come, first served. Those who are serious about making this trip happen are already finalising their itineraries and paying their deposits.
Other than availability, trips fail to materialise because groups can’t agree on dates. Planning early removes group calendar conflicts.
The stakes are high. If you miss this window, you wait till 2029.
